"It was a very bad experience the room it was very dirty conditions and everything looks very old , the toilet it was leaking dirty water from the side as soon as you flush it the water start to come out, we went to the front desk to let them know that we need clean blanket, and we were talking to the person. He just start walking away, saying that he was letting know to the housekeeper to change it at the end they didn’t change it. They just fixed the bed. I took pictures to have a proof , I’m not a picky person, but this place was really really bad. "

"Everything about the hotel was great. The room was spacious and cleaned. The bed was comfortable and the staff was great. The phone in the room did not work. So I had to walk back to the front desk. The female at the front desk said they were in the process of removing the phones from the rooms. That was my only complaint."

"Not sure if housekeeping skipped our room before check in but there was hair inside and out of the shower, looked like the counter hadn't been wiped down, and the floor hadn't been swept or mopped thoroughly. We were disappointed and expected it to be a lot better being that the reviews online seemed good and for the area it's in. I watched people crawling in and out of windows of the hotel and some shady activities in the parking lot. I definitely wouldn't stay here again and I usually like Wyndham."

"Breakfast on our first morning was very limited. Some of the hot items were cold and the oatmeal was thicker than usual. There were no bagels available that day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, our room was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, probably due to wear and tear! This is our 3rd time at this hotel, and more than likely, won't be our last! Thanks to the entire team. "
