"Rooms are decent, we went to PA for a concernt which was canceled but we stayed the two nights. Elevator broke down, but they seem to get it serviced fast but not enough staff to direct confused guests. For the price we paid for rooms, we felt $17 breakfast was a bit much, for a small buffet breakfast. But overall its a 4 Star for me."

"It was a mixed bag during our recent stay. The room was spacious, but the toilet in our room wouldn’t flush and of course there were no maintenance people on duty to fix it. We were offered a different room that didn’t have a river view, but no refund for the extra price we paid, so that was very disappointing service. Fortunately the toilet issue was repaired (not sure by whom) while we went to eat dinner, so it ultimately didn’t matter. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The mixed fruit was sitting in a bowl of water/juice and wasn’t very fresh. Donut holes were dry and tasteless. Bagels were acceptable, and the apples and oranges were good, along with yogurts and juice. The egg selections were mislabeled, so I didn’t even try them. But the worst part for us were the weddings being held on the patio/courtyard area for 3 nights in a row! Not only was the area unusable by guests, but the music was blasting for hours making it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet, much less sleep, until after 11 pm when “quiet hours” went into effect. This was 3 nights in a row - Friday, Saturday and Sunday!! Had we known this when we checked in, we likely would have requested a refund and found someplace else to stay. It was that disturbing. Also, parking was a mess! Other than that, the hotel was clean and in a great location with a dog park right across the street and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoy strolling along the river path, but only during the day."
