The room and property was nice but could be cleaner. Overall, the staff was nice and friendly but communication for additional fees, such as cleaning amount did not match what reflected on Expedia, the hotel could do better to email tenants prior to arriving just confirming the exact amounts so what to expect is clearer. The stay was good. No complaints of the room. However, the spa was not hot.

If you are in all-inclusive resort type, the island of Molokai is unlikely for you, but if you value personalized engagement, solitude and rustic charm, Hotel Molokai delivers beautifully.
