Enjoy the comforts of the Living Room looking at the Moab Rim or watching the 65" Television (4K Smart), cooking in the kitchen on a 5 burner gas range, or barbecuing out on the Patio. You can just relax at the pool/spa less than 100 feet away out the front door, with both breathtaking views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim.

The Master Bedroom Suite with a California King is located upstairs with a private deck with breathtaking views. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines)
You can lie in bed and watch your 49” Television. The Master Bath has double sinks, and a shower/bath with 3 wardrobe closets. The other two Bedrooms are located down the hall and furnished with Queen Beds, 40” Television and rotating Fans for your comfort. The secondary Bathroom has a private shower/bath and toilet. It is stocked with towels – both bath and pool! If you run out, no worries you have access to Brand New Whirlpool Washer & Dryer located downstairs in the Two Car Garage with a 36’ driveway for all your parking needs.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Pool Hours: 10 am-9 pm daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF the weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering the pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.
