"This property was even better than described. Every single bed was comfortable. The master bedroom/bath was incredible and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was like nothing we have experienced. The location and parking was perfect. We had a very long trailer with 3 sxs's on it and there was enough parking on the street to accommodate us."

"We had a great stay here in Moab. The condo was close to the city, Arches Natl Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Communication with the manager was good. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment for preparing meals. Two master bedrooms with attached baths, washer/dryer...all great!"

"We were unsure what to expect after booking this place outside of Moab, but were very pleasantly surprised when we got there. The tiny house is very nice and clean, and was a nice change from the Moab crowds. We enjoyed the relaxing feel of being out in the middle of nowhere. The RV park where the tiny house is located was pretty full, but the atmosphere was nice and quiet, and even our dog enjoyed the tranquility. "We rented two units next to each other for our family of 21. The units were great, enough bedding for all, well stocked with pots/pans/dishes, pool towels etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool after our hikes. Location of units were near town near the mountains. We met some nice people from other units also. The units were also near Arches trails."

"I've stayed here three times over the last few years. It is a cheaper alternative to staying in Moab, this Catalina is nicer than some hotel rooms I've stayed in! Plus the Sego Canyon Indian paintings are just a few miles up the road and they are fascinating to me! Everything I want to do and see in this part of Utah is within shooting distance of Ballard Campground, it's convenient, right off the interstate, there's a gas station and 7-Eleven right there, you can't beat it! Vacationing out here...
