Excellent clean hotel with helpful friendly staff. Rooms could do with some modernisation, but they were still great.

I had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the entire team for their excellent hospitality. A special thanks to Hanadi or nadim (I hope I remembered the name correctly) at reception, who was extremely helpful during the check-in process and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Cyrine, Guest Relations Manager, and Med Aziz from Guest Relations for their kindness, professionalism, and valuable recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Hammamet. They truly looked after me throughout my stay, checking in with me every day to make sure everything was perfect and that I was enjoying my holiday. Their care and attention made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. Special thanks as well to Walid and the lovely team at the pool bar for their friendly service and for making my time there so enjoyable. Overall, all the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their dedication and positive attitude made my stay truly memorable. The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly. Check ins were slow. The room was nice and the view was nice but the rooms have almost no light. They would benefit greatly from a floor lamp or two. There is insanely loud music on the weekends in the courtyard until late. It your room is on the wrong side of the building it is impossible to rest. It feels like the music is in your room. It is incredibly loud.
