The spacious newly remodeled kitchen is a highlight, offering modern convenience and a welcoming atmosphere. In the primary bedroom, enjoy a restful night on the queen-sized bed and utilize the chest of drawers for added convenience. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable full bed, while a third room off the kitchen serves as a home office.

Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, where a deck awaits with a propane grill and a bistro table. Take in the scenic views of the famous ‘M’ hiking trail as you unwind in this private outdoor space. A designated parking spot is conveniently available in the alley.

Please be aware that this property does not have air conditioning, but we provide two box fans for your comfort. Additionally, it's situated near a busy intersection, which may result in some noise. Great location! Appreciate the quick response and fix to the leaking toilet issue. Feel a financial compensation could have been appropriate as we were mopping up the floor and wringing out towels of toilet water. Hot pads in the kitchen would be nice as we used towels . Location is great but noisy. Worked great for us as our daughters rental is just around the corner

Cute. Beds are comfy. It is noisy with traffic, but neighbors are friendly. Bathroom needs updating. Tub, shower are patched and sink too low. New grout, tub /shower/sink/faucet is recommended. Check in/out communication was great and accommodating.

Comfortable spacious historic home
This one-level historic home with two-bedrooms, large fully-equipped kitchen, office, 1 full-bath, and combined living - dining area is a cozy get-away for two couples or a small family. Wood floors throughout add charm! Comfortable seating and vintage-style lighting. Its location within a historic neighborhood, walking distance to U of M, the downtown district, and recreational trails along the Clark Fork River is exceptional. A high-fenced, private spacious yard with grass & deck at the back entrance provide access to off-street parking. Home not wheel-chair accessible. Some traffic noise due to corner lot. The great location and well-maintained historic home make this rental excellent.

Gameday & Pardi concert
The property is walking distance to downtown and the U of M. There is some traffic noise, but the opportunity to walk to the concert (unfortunately was cancelled due to Pardi getting sick) and to and from the stadium was appealing. The home is dated, but they have done a nice job remodeling the kitchen. The bathroom could use a refresh. The team at Plum was easy to work with (we have stayed at one of their properties before).

Noisy Location
The house is okay but without AC or screens on all windows it was difficult to keep it cool. The location generally is okay but it’s on a very busy corner and with windows open in the evening it’s very noisy. Vehicle traffic from the 3-way intersection continued up thru midnight, Including truck traffic. I would not rent again.
