"Overall, I found the property to be a very nice hotel, and I was highly impressed by your fantastic amenities and excellent customer care. However, there were a few maintenance and facility issues that I feel need to be addressed. As a Tesla owner, it was a major inconvenience that your electric car charger was broken for two days in a row during my visit. Having reliable EV charging on-site is crucial when traveling, and relying on a broken system was very frustrating. Additionally, my room in the Versailles Tower could use some TLC. Specifically, the paint on the balcony frame was worn and needs touching up. Furthermore, none of the USB or USB-C ports in the room were working. Despite these setbacks, the customer service and overall atmosphere were still great. I hope this feedback is helpful for your team to make the necessary improvements."

"I had a weekend stay at this hotel and it was awesome. The amenities are great. They give you towels and a beach chair for the beach and the pool is awesome from the one on the ground floor to the rooftop pool. Couldn't have been any better. The staff are very helpful. Too many to name they treated me very well. Great thing about this hotel is that it close to all the restaurants its very lively at night. Also very close to stores like Walgreens and CVS and target if you want to take a little trip."
