This was my second time staying in the hotel and i was disappointed unfortunately...
My room had a weird smell when i arrived regardless of the windows being opened. The bathroom had seen better days, it was worn down and when i ran a bath for myself, I had to empty it and clean it myself as there were pubes(not mine) and other dirt floating in it...
My duvet cover was dirty, it had some dried out fluid on the bottom side.
The breakfast was poorly topped at 8:30 in the morning(still 1.5 hours befor the end of it 11:00) no fried eggs lots of stuff missing and not been topped up.

Spa was great enjoyed it well. Staff were amazing. The hot choclate and brownie was really nice. Nuce and quiet destination. Would recommend any one to visit there..

Most impressed by:
The Staff, they were lovely.
Breakfast was delicious.
Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding.
The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered.
Not so good:
Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party.
Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

An amazing Hotel, the room was spacious and clean. We loved the robes and flip-flops, the Spa was an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety. I will definitely be looking to book again
