Just those little things that really annoy you
First, when we arrived the lady at the desk was cordial, but did not give us directions to our room or the elevators when she checked us in, so we are standing there like, "where now." Note that the elevators are no where in sight when in the lobby and without direction, there would be no reason to expect a customer to find them on their own. Next, the fridge in the room was awesome, but it rattled the ENTIRE time. Very annoying. Not one hook in the entire room to hang something up, just in the closet. I don't want to hang my wet towel in a closet! Also, having one person behind a hotel desk is never a smart idea. I should not have to wait 1/2 hour for a pack of coffee because the one front desk guy is too busy.
