"Nice hotel but gym facilities are limited. No weigh machines. "

"We had to cancel one night and they were supportive and reimbursed the money. The place is very nice and connected with nature. Only room for improvement I’m gonna mention is the restaurant service (mainly speed and menu) but given the location and that it’s was very busy with very little staff it’s understandable "

"Reception for checking in and out was very good. Service at the restaurant was excellent, especially for breakfast, and the food was good. The door to our room needed repair and was tended to quickly once we advised reception. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean, though the bathroom floor could have been better. One of the pools and the jacuzzi were closed for cleaning during our 3-day stay but the other pool was available and well maintained. Access to the beach is great, as is the service on the beach from the hotel. We will recommend and stay at this hotel again."

"Great stuff and great hotel , everything was very clean . The only bad thing about this hotel is the location , nothing is around to walk or do anything , is 25 min away from the city of Santa Marta . But in overall my experience at the hotel was great . "
