I had to change the reservation to her friends name who is 21. It was not an unreasonable request. I needed a favor and some consideration. The hotel was fully paid for. She just needed to check me in. The hotel failed in that capacity. Customer service is everything in this business. I am in the customer service and travel business. I accommodate my clients who happen to be national recording artists. I am also a Platinum Expedia and a Hilton Honors member member booking every hotel me and my clients stay at. I spent over $50,000 on lodging last year alone. The hotel was lovely..on the lake... but I probably won't consider staying there again. "
