Being 5 minutes away from Tobermory was great. The inside of the house was well looked after with up to date kitchen, washrooms and comfy beds. Be aware the stairs to the loft were very steep. There were issues with the front door lock which others have also noted. Kam responded promptly; however after several tries we were also able to figure it out on our own. Outside, things looked in need of some TLC such as 2 dirty kayaks under the deck which didn't look inviting to use. The hot tub looked clean though we didn't use it. The best part were new chairs by the beach that were great while watching the sunset!
