"we stayed there in March 2025 and had an excellent experience. We went back in March 2026 and we very disappointed most of the restaurants and even in the food court were not open during the day and what was open we waited for almost an hour for service. they ran out of burgers and it was only 1 o’clock in the afternoon The pool basically had no servers around when we go to the bar we Would sit and wait for a drink for over 20 minutes to a half an hour for bartender to ask us for a drink there was one good server up at the rooftop area on 3/17. She was great out of three days that’s about the only time we had friendly good servers The other servers were not even friendly Therefore, we will not be returning to Sunseeker again "

"Everything was very nice. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Would make a couple of suggestions: Grab bars in the shower, more than 2 hand towels in the bathroom, the towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when my brother tried to use it as he was getting out of the shower - he put it back up as best as he could but it was obvious it had fallen off before as the wall paint was chipped off. Thank you for making our stay in Punta Gorda a pleasant one. "

"Highly recommend this property. Very clean and everything we needed throughout the house. There are plenty of charging areas, 3 tv sets, all appliances were first rate. We enjoyed our time in PG.This property would also be perfect for 2 couples. Lots of privacy. Big back yard made for outdoor grilling. We also found plenty of stores in walking distance for meals, shopping and other necessities.Christine was always available if I had any questions. She responded within minutes.It’s an easy drive to the airport. We will come back! "

"We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. The instructions left on site were very helpful and Troy was very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the pool and the lanai. I especially enjoyed sitting down by the canal watching the sunrise while reading. The location was perfect, we could walk or bike to Fisherman's Village and the boardwalk. We felt very safe in the area too. We would definitely like to return someday."
