I had previously rented a different VRBO in town and it was a dump. This place was so much better, having been recently renovated and with all new appliances. One room is set up for an office, if needed, with a couch, the other bedroom had two nice twin beds, and the master had a comfortable bed as well. The kitchen was well appointed and has most things we needed for our extended stay from August through November and there are a few other nice things, like a couple bikes that you can use, two beach chairs, and the back yard is great with a nice patio, a firepit and a nice grill that I used a lot. The location is pretty close to town, especially by bike. Overall, we loved the place, the setup and amenities as well as the location. I can definitely recommend this unit! ##### Greg M. It's in a perfect location being close to the Harbor Walk, Fisherman's Village, great restaurants, fabulous parks, grocery store, etc. The property itself was very clean with comfortable living space indoors and outdoors. Communicating with the property manager was simple with fast response times. Overall, our experience was great!
