She has extra touches such as strategically placed night lights, multiple USB ports for charging, and a bag of batteries for remotes. I had previously rented a different VRBO in town and it was a dump. This place was so much better, having been recently renovated and with all new appliances. One room is set up for an office, if needed, with a couch, the other bedroom had two nice twin beds, and the master had a comfortable bed as well. The kitchen was well appointed and has most things we needed for our extended stay from August through November and there are a few other nice things, like a couple bikes that you can use, two beach chairs, and the back yard is great with a nice patio, a firepit and a nice grill that I used a lot. The location is pretty close to town, especially by bike. Overall, we loved the place, the setup and amenities as well as the location. I can definitely recommend this unit! ##### Greg M.
