Overall this was a very nice stay. The property is slightly dated however from the other reviews and price I paid I was expecting this as I needed just a bed whilst exploring Milan. The property is 5 minneapk from a metro station which gets you into central in around 10-15 minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They often enquired about my day and gave recommendations of what to see from those discussions. If you are looking for a fancy hotel this probably isn't for you. If you are looking purely for a bed whilst visiting Milan thenI would highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet, clean, both gentlemen working at desk were great. Great location. Poor parking. Breakfast was horrendous and not attended to.

Enjoyed my room the first night with a double bed, private bathroom, and great air condition! Cool rooftop room with a nice little balcony. Made me feel like I was in Santorini! Got a great rate with Hotels.com of $50. The listing does not state extra charge for the air condition (which was one of the biggest reasons that I booked with them, as it's been really hot in Milano & I needed a night with AC) Anyway an extra 5.00 euro, no complaint. My complaint begins with the fact that since I enjoyed, I wanted to stay another night. I asked the desk if I should confirm with Hotels.com or do direct with them. I was told they could do the same rate directly & was never told I would need to change rooms, to a more simple single bed room. The morning desk host the next day told me he can do for 40.00 euro, due to moving to the more simple single room. Ok great, moved to a single room & took a nap. Was ready to go out for the afternoon, and the afternoon desk host told me I would need to pay 120.00 EURO, more than twice the original rate & 3 times what the morning desk host stated! I MOVED OUT IMMEDIATELY!! Beware of their extreme price changes!!!

Cheap hotel , value for money
Good, quiet hotel within walking distance of the san Siro stadium and close to metro station Great value for a few nights stay and very helpful staff Got everything you need for overnight stay and a good local food place for panini’s and drinks just round corner Other local restaurants within 5 mins walk If going to football at san Siro then this is a decent option in a city then can be very expensive

Good budget hotel!
We arrived after 11pm and we were welcomed nicely and efficiently. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable! breakfast is simple but enough to start the day. Parking is around the corner from the hotel but you have to pay €1.20 per hour.

Basic hotel at basic price
Located in Quiet residential area away from centre. Rooms not bad but very basic. Staff could be more helpful Room cleaned bed sheets and towels changed every third day. We stayed over long Easter weekend perhaps the reason for 3rd day change.

The hotel is in a quite neighborhood. Nothing to see around the hotel. 60 Euro for a night was costly, the breakfast is very basic. The bathroom was not good. The hand shower fitting was faulty. I would recommend only when you are good to go for a day or so. Thanks

Great for catching a late-night AC Milan game.
I stayed here after an AC Milan game that started at 20:45. It was perfect that that, as San Siro is just a 10-15 minute walk away. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the service was great.

We stay 2 night in Milan one night in Hotel Amendola Fiera an another in a 3 star hotel, as the second night we needed to be close to the station. However the service and the cleanliness we received at Amendola Hotel was second to none. I will highly recommend Hotel Amendola Fiera rather then the other 3 star hotel.

Very good!
Extremely clean hotel with very pleasant, friendly & helpful staff. Very good breakfast & speedy WiFi. Hotel can be noisy in the morning from 7am. No iron or ironing board. Fantastic location for conference centre MiCo. Overall I would very much recommend this hotel.Thanks guys!

The air conditioner stopped in the middle of every night, which I think it's scheduled to save energy. It's not good for hot summer nights in July. The breakfast area (in front of the reception) is very small. WiFi signal is not very strong in the room but ok.

There were bugs in our room! This hotel is disgusting. We ended up reserving a different hotel for the night and they didn't refund our money.

Nice place, friendly stuff.
We stayed one night. The hotel is a short walking distance from metro. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. In a small lobby there was a microwave and we were able to heat soup that we bought in the nearest supermarket. Tea and coffee were also available upon request. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the place for other travellers on a budget.

Stayed here with my sons before going to the football at San Siro very helpful hosts, warm and friendly hotel in nice neighbourhood 20 minutes walk from stadium and about 20 minutes on the metro from Milan centre. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Only 2 downsides was the breakfast area is also the reception area which was directly outside our room and you cannot pay with debit or credit cards.

Good hotel but....
This hotel was clean and Mustafa at the front desk was accomodating but there was an issue with the air conditioning. We kept complaining that it didn't work in our room or worked intermittently. Mustafa said he would get it fixed. After several times complaining, the night shift person asks what room we're in and reaches behind her desk to flip the circuit for our room!! I asked if the A/C would be on until the morning and she said no, it would be off at 1-2 a.m.!!! Each room had a fan and luckily it was cool enough to keep the window open at night. The toilet and hair dryer had issues also. I would not recommend this place because of all this.

Nice hotel
I am extremenly happy that i found this hotel, it's very nice. Room was clean, stuff is very supportative, surrounding is beatiful. The only thing is that it's difficult to find it, however it is close to metro station and with google map could be found easily. Love it and recommend to everyone.

Visit to San Siro, Milan
This hotel is a gem. The family make you very at home and Mustafa in particular on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fine, excellent strong coffee a great option, juice, cereal, croissant, yoghurt, bread/toast and cake to set you up for the day. I stayed with my two adult sons in a triple room which represented terrific value, clean, warm and with our own ensuite facilities. Close to the metro station and a local supermarket, it is also ideal if you want to visit the San Siro, which we did for a match and also the stadium tour. We stayed three nights and for two had a meal in the evening at Gemelli Pizzeria nearby. We've enjoyed pizzas from New Malden to New York and these were the finest we've ever had. Other options include seafood and pasta dishes. The local (jazz) bar 100 metres from the hotel is a good way to end your evening and, with 24 hour reception and a quiet, safe neighbourhood, you know you can return to the hotel at any time. All in all a wonderful long weekend.

I was happy in this hotel
it is situated in calm and clean village. Actually it is little bit far from Duomo ( 20 min by metro). But I didn't feel like that it takes long time to go out. Except it everything was very nice. Many factors (Price, atmosphere, staffs and breakfast) were enough to satisfy me :) If you are looking for cheap and comfortable place rather than convenient site to go out or tour, I recommend it!!

Really good value for money! Very nice hosts! A map of Milan should be offered when you arrive. The good size ensuite room was nice and clean. However we have struggled with the toilet flush system... The hotel or city centre is easily accessible thanks to the underground. Overall nice place to stay!
