Nice room, great for with our son as there was a separate area for him. Only concern was the windows were fully opening and we were on 7th floor. Breakfast was lovely. A buffet, plus food to order and a cake stand of sweet selection when we sat down. Staff helpful and attentive. Food in the restaurant was average and quite expensive (though not for a hotel). Sherif in the restaurant was really helpful and attentive. Location good.

The staff on our arrival date, April 4, 2026, were rude and unprofessional. Marino, the receptionist on duty, was particularly unhelpful and discourteous. He did not answer our calls, and we had to carry our bags downstairs ourselves in order to request a room change, as the room had a queen bed despite our specific request for two single beds. When we explained that we had been unable to reach him because no one was answering, he simply responded that he was busy with other clients. The service that day was also very poor at the bar, and to make matters worse, only one elevator was working. Fortunately, the staff the following day were helpful and pleasant. I have stayed at this property multiple times before, which is why I was especially disappointed by the experience on the day of my arrival. Aside of that, the property is nice, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is very good.

I really liked everything about the hotel: it was next to a beautiful park, only ab15 minute walk from the central station, the staff was super friendly, the rooms very modern und nicely decorated. They had water, fruit and nuts for free ơn every floor. The breakfast was amazing - great choices of veggie, freshly cut fruit, a super healthy nuts and seeds área served with chia pudding or yogurt. Definitely would recommend it!

The hotel is in a great location. However our deluxe room was tiny. There is no room to open up luggage nor any space for a luggage rack. The bathroom was tiny and the sink barely has room to put down toiletries. Smaller than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe. The food in the bar was awful. Not what one would expect from Italy. Wish I could take back that light meal we ate there and go elsewhere. There is also no parking. Had to self park a few blocks away. I don’t really recommend.

룸에 카드키가 작동하지 않아 문제가 생겼었는데 JESSICA가 잘 해결해 주었어요. 다정하고 프로패셔널하게 해결해주어 감사합니다. 아침식사하러 가면서 주고받는 담당직원의 인사가 매일 경쾌해서 , 시차에 피곤했지만 즐거웠습니다. 항상 밀라노의 또다른 집처럼 느끼게 해줘서 고마워요. 아쉬운 점은 갑작스럽게 방이 바뀌어서 샤워실청소가 제대로 되지 않았었어요.
