This is a beautiful and well located property. Rooms are clean and of adequate size. It seems, however, that the property has plumbing problems.

It’s a gorgeous hotel and our room was very nice. It was a family suite. The only thing was a bad mood smell in the bathroom and we informed the front desk about it. Unfortunately we only had one night here so we didn’t get to see a lot of the hotel. But you cannot beat the location of this hotel. It is within a 5 minute walk to Duomo and all the shops and restaurants surrounding that area. Best location we have ever stayed at in Milan.

The location is very good, about 8 min walk from Duomo, although there is a huge building site right in front of the hotel. The room is small even after upgrade. The furniture looked cheap and dated. You have to ask for tooth brush, dressing gowns which are old and needed repair. The hotel is struggling for a 4 let alone 5 star.
