« Booked a room that was supposed to have a refrigerator in it for my elderly father before he could be placed in a nursing home. Found out the day he left (by ambulance) that there wasn’t a fridge in the room after all. I had sent him groceries that included frozen meals (there was a microwave) that he couldn’t keep or eat because of lack of fridge. Also the phone in the room didn’t work so if he needed to make a call he had to go walk down to the front desk (he uses a cane) to do so. ...

« The hotel seemed a bit outdated and there needs to be more handicapped accessible rooms available. We had to be in a regular room with a wheelchair and it made it quite difficult to move around. They’re also we’re only two handicap parking spaces that I could see when I was told there were four because that’s how many rooms you all had. »

« Both indoor and outdoor spaces were great. Loved the farmhouse feel and Beau the horse in the pasture was neat! We were close to our daughter, her husband and 7month old. »
