« The hotel is a beautiful new hotel and the staff is incredibly friendly. I couldn't believe for a new hotel how horrible the water pressure was. Both in the evening and morning I had to wash my hair in the sink because the water pressure was so low in the shower. Considering the cost I find it unacceptable for this to have been part of the stay. I didn't relay the info to the front desk cause I'm sure there isn't anything that could have been done to an individual room. A real shame for...

« The stay was a lil different from a previous stay the room had a smell to it and it wasn’t as clean as the other room I stayed in previously. It was late and I knew it would’ve been an issue to exchange rooms. So I just cleaned it the best I could for my stay that night. The staff was very polite and informative. It was quiet and peaceful. »

« Upon checking in, I couldn't receive a room key and was let in the room personally. Later in the evening, I was provided with a room key. I found 2 live roaches while bringing in my bags. There was no coffee maker in the room. I slept well and went to the beach, 30 mins away. It served it's purpose for me. »
