"So unfortunately there’s construction going on all around the property. It’s a NO CASH resort. The pool was a walk from our room but it was a beautiful day so we didn’t mind walking. But one night we were woken up at 7:15 with our room shaking from the trucks starting behind us. They did do everything to make it right though which is so appreciated. So be aware of heavy construction and if it’s windy your car will be dirty, it will need a car wash after. I appreciate all the help from the staff though."

"Stay away! A cheap motel in disguise. Don’t be fooled by the Radisson branding; it seems Radisson has no standards, and this property is a cheap motel at best. My experience was so poor that after booking three nights, I couldn't even stay for one and checked out the same day. Despite this, the property manager charged me for two nights. I was caught in a frustrating loop of "he-said, she-said"—Expedia claimed it was up to the manager, and the manager claimed they couldn't help because it was an Expedia booking. Ultimately, the customer takes the loss. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. Avoid this property, and Expedia, you definitely need to do better for your customers. Despite asking Expedia’s online support agent multiple times, nobody contacted me to discuss this and the agent said their supervisor/manager also cannot do anything else, wow."

"Parking is a pain, all the exterior doors except the main door was out of order, we had to literally kick our door to get it to open and staff acted like it was normal that you can’t even get in the room. The elevator felt like it was going to break down at any moment. Staff was very kind and pleasant, the room was mostly clean, there were seashells on the floor in the corners. Not decor just not cleaned up well. AC worked well. Basically got what we paid for. A cheap room that has no bugs or bodily fluids is the best you can ask for I guess. "

"Hotel is nothing but false advertisement is in need of major repairs pool is shut down and has been there is no breakfast there is no ice machine the doors are not secure entering the building the rooms are dirty I found dried blood on my pillow and pillowcase so that tells me it wasn't changed wallpaper and paint is peeling the bathtubs need resurfaced curtains are awful walls are dirty carpet is dirty I personally booked it because of the breakfast it's non-existent avoid at all costs when you ask about the amenities that aren't available the staff is very rude also when they gave me my room it wasn't even finished being cleaned I had to hunt somebody down for towels and coffee this place is just a mess!! If a negative zero was possible that's what I would give it"
