"This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN."

"We enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few “tips” for future travelers. The website is misleading. Only “Signature” guests have beachfront access; the majority have to cross a busy road and go under the “Signature “ building to get to the beach. You can use beach chairs free of charge by going to the first floor at Signature. We weren’t aware of this & happened upon it by pure luck! The bugs are horrendous. Do NOT walk on the grass or you will be attacked by some black bugs. Request a..."

"The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Covered parking was definitely a plus. There was a sign outside that advertised a restaurant but there was no restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to the sea wall and restaurants but not a dealbreaker. Very reasonable rates for parking for the cruise. I would use them again."

"I had such high hopes due to the reviews I saw, but it was horrendous. We were covered in gnats the ENTIRE TIME. I couldn’t even take a shower to feel clean because they were in there too, and I mean they were everywhere. We tried to bring dinner into the room to eat… Threw it out a couple minutes ..."
