Midtown Centre Vacation Packages

The hotel is nice, but starting to look a little dated. One of the elevators was out of order, so only one small elevator was in use during out 2 night stay. The rooms were updated, but still showed a bit of wear and tear. One of the outlets in the bathroom shorted out my hair dryer and then the outlet wouldn't work after that, even after pressing the reset button. The room doors didn't block out much noise, we could hear doors opening and shutting around us throughout the morning/evening hours quite clearly. The staff was very friendly though and overall we would stay again, given the fair pricing of the room and the proximity of being able to walk right downtown to the main drag of bars and shops.

It was a decent hotel. A bit overpriced in my opinion as someone who has stayed in many hotels. The amenities were nice to have. Restaurants, pool, hot tub. Spa services are outrageously priced need to be booked well in advance. I will say it feels a bit out-dated. The rooms were very basic with tiny bathrooms. My husband broke up a bar fight one night on the resort as the manager and bartenders were standing by doing nothing. It would have been nice to have our bill comped or at least a drink bought for us. They didn’t even acknowledge we potentially saved them a lot more hassle. There was also a big mess while we were checking in, and our room got switched. I paid for a particular view and then we just ended up on a different floor in a different room overlooking the roof of the hotel & no one wanted to acknowledge that either. So a little frustration at times, but a decent hotel to say the least
