Open and airy living area includes a flat screen TV, WiFI, cable, DVD player, stereo w/Bluetooth adapter for streaming your music, books and games.
Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, pans, dishes and glasses, utensils, cutlery and DISHWASHER!
The bistro bar is a great setting for enjoying some java (or other favorite beverages!) and hanging out with the chef. Lobster pot and accouterments included of course...
Two comfortable bedrooms with comfy bedding, dressers, window A/C and ample closet space.
Bathroom includes newly replaced tub/shower combo and is generously stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo and blow dryer.
Utility Room includes full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The brick patio, bordered with gardens, is a great place to start your day, relax while grilling or just wind-down after a day enjoying all the island has to offer.
Driveway for off street parking.
Leave the sandy beach toys and chairs in locked storage room in the garage. (Beach chairs, towels and toys provided.)

Great location and perfect for a small group…
Cottage was clean, walkable to beaches and had everything we needed for our weekend away. Sue was quickly responsive any time we communicated. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Beach Bungalow
We had a terrific weekend at this lovely beach bungalow- the house is adorable with plenty of space and stocked with everything you could possibly need.The location is ideal- steps from the beach, tons of dining options and very close to the Cliff Walk and downtown Newport- all absolutely walkable. The hosts were great and very responsive. Would come back here in a heartbeat!

Perfect house !
Everything was perfect! A++++ . House is bigger than expected. It was spotless. There is everything you need at the house towels, washer , dryer, . Our stay was amazing if your looking for a place in Newport this place is perfect!

Perfect getaway
Great location, super clean home, exactly as advertised. My family did a 3 night stay and the beach cottage was the perfect choice. Sue was super easy to work with, and I 100% recommend booking with her. Walk to the beach, short drive to the mansions and wharf. Good times!

Charming cottage!
This charming cottage was the perfect, comfortable spot for our week in Newport. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and utensils and even has some basic spices. We especially liked having the lobster cooking supplies! Very cozy home.

Easy walk to the beach and Cliff Walk
Loved this location away from the traffic and congestion of downtown Newport. The cottage was well-kept, well-equipped and felt plenty roomy. After full days of hiking and sightseeing, it was wonderful to chill in the pretty little backyard. Many of the nearby houses seemed to be rentals, so this could be a great area if you want to gather a large family, but don't necessarily want to sleep under the same roof. Responsive hosts!

Lovely property & location
This house was even closer than I expected to eateries which was super convenient! Nice, functional layout, quiet backyard, and loved having a washer/dryer and dishwasher too. No shortage of things to do in the beautiful area. The host was very responsive and went out of her way to ensure we had the best possible stay. Would consider staying here again!
