« The House on Chase Creek is absolutely amazing! My husband and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary and I’ve been telling him about Shelter Island literally for almost 40 years. Well we finally made it and the trip, the home, the welcoming of my dog, was all so just so welcoming and nice. « This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning/maintenance people were outside having a screaming match. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets with the dishes. There were acorns on the couch. One of the queen size beds were broken and unable to be slept in. There was supposed to be a pull out couch which in fact was a blow up mattress. The downstairs window was cracked with and completely open. This was supposed to be an amazing get away for my Mom for her 6oth and 2 of our...

"Baissez vos attentes… Hôtel qui est une propriété de HIE, mais qui est géré par « Jamsan Hotel Management Inc ». C’est la raison pour laquelle c’est défraîchi et moins propre que les autres Holiday Inn Express. Lits et oreillers très confortables, bon déjeuner. Propreté de la chambre qui laisse à désirer (table de nuit non lavée, ongle d’orteil sur le plancher, portes et poignées de chambre de bain et de la chambre très sales). Chambre devrait être mieux insonorisée. Chambres communicantes disponibles."
