"Everything was great"

"Big property and big rooms. A bit of an older hotel but had a cool vintage feel to it. Though right off a main road it did not feel like it. Would definitely go back. "

"So nice and so clean. The staff was awesome. The room was even better. Super cute and perfect for a quiet little getaway. Nice area with lots of food and options. My room was the bomb.com. I really enjoyed the little patio too. "

"Very helpful staff and great location, spacious rooms, good views. The parking garage can be a challenge on event days. Breakfast is ok, maybe add more plant based options?"

"gym fair. dumbells and some weighted balls. aerobic machines ok(1 needs repair) Why $10. parking? Fireplace in public area not controlled by front desk? will explore other hotel options next time."

"Myself, other coaches and judges stayed here while attending a local gymnastics competition. At first all seemed ok until there was a bug found in our room- staff was great and I was switched to another room and of course I very thoroughly checked to make sure no bugs and so I got to see that the new room while it looked clean on first appearances, wasn’t really. Windowsill was gross, there was a small wrapper along the baseboard which tells me it wasn’t vacuumed properly, and when I went to pull out the sofa bed there was popcorn in it. Next morning was speaking to one of the judges at the competition and she too had to switch rooms because no heat in first room, and bugs in second room, third room was less than clean feeling but had to make do since it was very late by that point. "

"We stay in Poughkeepsie 5 to 10 times a year and I believe this will be our new go to. While the other hotel we stay at is lovely, we enjoyed the Hyatt a little bit better. Thank you for having us."
