"Housekeeping was inconsistent. Didnt clean our room 1 day. My husband and I paid for 3 rooms for our family and they gave one of our children a huge suite and we had a tiny room with very small bathroom. They wouldn’t move us. "

"Check in was easy, staff really friendly, room was clean. Gym has good equipment. Great breakfast. Pool heated, warm. Lot of sun beds on the beach. Easy to transport to the North and South Beach and Ocean drive. We liked the hotel position, the food, the ocean view from our balcony. "

"Amazing staff, however, my room was assigned right next to the construction happening in the hotel and it was impossible to sleep in past 8 am. I think the hotel should close off the rooms right next to all the construction. Another thing, the shower is a halfway glass standup shower and is very difficult to not make a huge puddle on the floor so my bathroom floor was constantly covered in water. Additionally, there should be more than 2 beach chairs available per room. Overall the property was great and like I said the staff was amazing and helpful."

"Grand Beach is solid for the price and location. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfy. Pool is clean and heated. Only con would be the water pressure for showers. They aren’t great. Ac was weak in original room hotel did move us to working room very fast which was great. Security could be a little over the top with the bracelets but i get it they dont want unwanted guests. Overall hotel is solid 4/5 stars. "

"Very nice hotel, but for how much it cost, it would be nice to have something included. Everything carried its own fee, and they wouldn’t even let us eat their own food in the lobby bar."
