We had a great stay overall, and would stay here again in future. It was a lovely, well appointed unit very true to listing and photos in a very convenient location close to many, many tram lines. "I can only speak for the room we stayed in (room 2), and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Additional cost cost on arrival for parking (about 15 euro per day - which I think is a lot). The host was not very flexible with payments and we had to leave to go and get the money before getting access to the room.
The room smelled horrendously of mould and damp. We felt sick being in there and even with the windows wide open the smell was horrible. The room was freezing (colder than outside)...

"We had the best stay here. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We were able to walk right into town and through the castle grounds from the property. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the main town and walked through the Christmas markets. In the morning we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast cooked by the staff. We will be back. We very much enjoyed our stay. "

"Loved the Old Town location, it’s gorgeous.
Tip for future guests; the hotel is in a pedestrian zone and getting to the hotel with our car required a permit which we didn’t know about. We didn’t get arrival info and spent an hour wandering with our bags, trying to figure how to get to the hotel, and ended up using a green taxi to bring our luggage to the hotel.
The room didn’t have the river view shown, and A/C is only on the lower floor. Check-in was late, check-out at 10:00 am. Breakfast was...
