« Points positifs : Chambre 108 avec parking devant de la porte Bien situé au bout de Main street et à 5 minutes des centres d'intérêt Très grande tv et miroir ce qui contraste avec le reste de la chambre très basique Points négatifs : Accueil sobre sans plus Pas de petit déjeuner proposé sur place Motel basique pas très propre Pas de boisson de bienvenue comme prévu sur la réservation alors que je l'ai signalé. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et je m'en suis rendu compte à 6 heures du...

« Cabane bien équipée et propre. Malheureusement on nous a interdit de faire un feu dans le brasero devant la cabane à cause des vents forts. Mais d’autres voyageurs ont utilisé leur brasero sans qu’on leur fasse de remarque…. Nous avons été déçu ainsi que les enfants, car c’était une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avions choisi cet hébergement »

« Very nice front desk people and easy check in. They both were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and I felt very safe there with all of the outside lighting. I brought my dog with me and thankfully there was a pet area very close to my room. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. « Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05\. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasn’t too bad especially by the hospital which we needed. »

« So I book a room for 1 night Feb 21 and 22 and I didn’t know abt the check in time I thought I can still check in on Feb 22 but when I arrived the front desk said “you have to check in AT 3pm” and now my family have to sleep on the car because we only need to sleep until 9am but they said they gonna charge me $70 for the room, $30 for I don’t know and $50 the deposit, so $150 in total just for 3 hours. I thought if I book for Feb 21 and Feb 22 and I can still check in on Feb 22\. And also they...

« The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. »

« I want to start by saying these stars are truly for the staff. If it weren’t for them during such a difficult time, I would honestly give this place zero stars. The staff was amazing—kind, patient, and very helpful when I needed it most. That being said, the condition of the hotel is very disappointing. For a location so close to the hospital, I expected much better. The door locks didn’t feel secure, the rooms looked like they were falling apart, and there were people hanging around outside in...
