« Mea , at the front desk, was very helpful and cared that my stay was pleasant, though it was short. I found NuWray easily and was able to park without difficulty. I arrived a little later in the evening, and Mea made sure to check with me so she could be sure someone would be present to check me in. My room was very clean, cozy, and inviting. I appreciated the easy access to water and ice late at night. Though this is a historic building, I found myself insulated from any noise in the hallway...

« Our host was very welcoming and helpful once we arrived. She checked in via text occasionally to see if we needed anything and to ensure things were going well. She offered ideas for places to visit and shop. The kitchen is well-stocked. The place is very quiet--we had rain and wind for the first several days, but didn't hear it while sleeping. The house is very cute & located in a beautiful neighborhood just a couple miles from many of the trails in Linville Gorge.
