"Air conditioner sounds like a tractor working hard all night.. ufff and the breakfast sample as could be. The worse is the noise in the hallways from other clients and on the floor above, someone walked a lot in the middle of the night. "

"Tub was not cleaned and the loud crowd with music blaring all night long with our little ones trying to sleep was very frustrating. Felt like the staff was afraid to be in control, they were even taking food and drinks right out of the snack room instead of paying. Not to mention NO PARKING!! The parking lot was so full with visitors/friends of the people staying...they didn't even have a room but just there to hang out. It was definitely out of control! "
