The view was beautiful and the pool by the canal was relaxing! Check in and check out were great and the people managing the beach chairs were super accommodating with allowing us to leave for lunch and return. I would love to come back. Most impressive was the customer service. From the valet service to the front desk everything was top notch. When we couldn't get the dishwasher to work the host had a serviceman at the unit the next day to fix. There was a lot of bad reviews about the elevators and they can get congested during peak times (check in and dinner) of the day. However during those times there was an elevator attendant downstairs to help keep traffic moving. Any other time of day we were able to get up and down easily. Best part about the unit was the view. We just sat on the balcony for hours just taking in the South Florida vibe.We look forward to staying here again! ##### Michael B. Séjour de 5 nuits en mars 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Rodolphe A. 31 janv. 2025 Points faibles : Propreté #### Nice pictures on website but a mediocre reality This apartment is very beautiful....en photo!But the reality is quite different: clogged sink in the bathroom, dirty bath towels provided, one garbage bag available for the whole stay, dining room chair with dried food on it, broken desk chair, broken desk lamp, practically nothing in the kitchen in terms of utensils and dishes, non-functional sockets...The residence is far from everything (restaurants) and the elevator system is catastrophic (25-minute wait on average to get on and off).A beautiful view, beautiful photos but very superficial. ##### Rodolphe A.
