During my stay at the hotel from February 22nd to March 1st in room 618, I found the room itself to be clean and satisfactory. However, there were a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. Firstly, the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, resulting in prolonged shower times. Despite raising this concern with reception twice, I was informed that this was considered normal.
Additionally, there was a raised wooden floor surrounding the bed, approximately one foot in height. This presented a problem during the night when moving around, as the wood produced noise, disturbing my wife's sleep whenever I needed to use the bathroom.
Furthermore, despite the room's size, the closet provided was notably small and insufficient for hanging longer garments. Consequently, we had to request an additional rack to accommodate our clothing needs.
