"I liked that the property was close to the Miami Cruise port, the staff was great. Didn’t like the fact the suite (rm 924) that I booked wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, there was a bag of opened corn chips left on the floor and when I informed the bellmen he said that he will alert the housekeeping manager and the manager would come to the room, no one ever came to the room which was a little disappointing."

"I only stayed for one night but the room was very underwhelming. I did not enjoy my stay. The toilet was barely flushed, the lamp was held together by tape, the couch had 2 big stains on them, the blow dryer did not work, and the restaurant was very overpriced. The hotel was gorgeous on the outside and in a nice area where you can walk to restaurants and shores, but I probably would not be staying again."

"I’ve stayed at this location maybe 3-4 times, I honestly can say that since my previous stays it’s not what it used to be to be. The property is pretty clean and maintained well, although the pool could be cleaner. I find that the rooms aren’t as clean as they use to be and having a lingering “aquatic” like smell. We were pretty much very hot during our stay. I guess they want to give the impression that you are controlling your ac from the iPad however I don’t think that’s the case. We were so hot in one room complained, we were moved and still hot!! Barely any circulation or air flow. The room was never cold just humid and at times kind of cool. The South Beach location, I find to be a much better option. Evening staff is also much nicer than the evening staff at World Center, I think this might’ve been my last stay."

"The only problem that I’ve experienced is there wasn’t enough umbrellas by the pool, a leg was broken on the chair that is on the balcony, and there’s no lighting near the vanity, lighting is a MUST!"
