« The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia.
Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily. »

« This hotel was great for a stay in downtown Columbia. My only complaint was that the tv was hard to figure out how to get to channels once you turned it on. I wish there had been instructions or something. Overall we enjoyed the bar and restaurants and location. Hotel was a little pricey overall. »
