Feb 12, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### No Communication from Host I booked the property many days in advance and messaged the host 9 hours before checkin and got not response from the host. When I arrived in Mexico I had to connect with customer service to figure out a solution. I had to find alternative accommodation within 1 hour, which was very stressful.
