We really enjoyed our stay and loved the neighborhood and the apartment. The security staff were all very friendly and greeted us whenever we came and went. Communication was really good with the Naya Rep on VRBO, but then they provided me with a phone number of a local concierge for any other needs and that person didn’t respond when I asked for more towels. We had 4 bathing towels and 1 pool towel provided for the week for a family of 4, so more pool towels should’ve been given. That is really our only complaint though.
