Air LUX

We needed a decent lodging for one night close to a site we wanted to walk 15min to see at night and in early morning light- Casa Holtz and House in Lomas. This was a good value. The surprise was how relaxed and envigorated we felt by the extensive views!!! HIGH above the city, in sightline of the mountains. Sunrise was awesome. Thank you Alex for such great communication!

Alex very much cares about your stay, providing extra bottled water without asking, servicing the room mid-stay, and providing all the comforts. The great room has a wraparound view, of the city and surrounds. The private rooftop patio is a bonus you won't find anywhere else. Separate full sized and stocked kitchen gets you started your first day without having to shop for food. Uber was always around 5-10 minutes away, with a 6-15 drive anywhere for $6-12 a trip, and we chose Uber Black almost always. Overall, I can't imagine beating it for the price, location and experience.

Airlux had a great view of the city and a perfect location. The property is deteriorated and they have not renovated anything. The shower was not clean and you can see the ceiling decaying. Also, he charged me 5% extra because i paid at the property vs via hotels.com

Awesome value & service

As a business traveler, this property had everything I needed; quiet, safe neighborhood close to the CentroBanamex conference center/partner&customer offices, clean as a whistle, printer in room, steamer to freshen up my suits & shirts, comfortable bed with great pillows equals great nights of sleep. Everyone at property were very friendly and helpful in terms of doning recommendations & transportation. Will be back again.

The place is amazing, you have a 360 degree of sight seeing while you are in your apartment. The place might need some TLC on bathroom windows. Alex is a great guy and he makes sure that you feel at home. They provide everything for breakfast which was amazing. The parking is tight for bigger cars otherwise i had a great time staying at Air Lux. I will recommend this place to anyone especially those in groups and family as its the whole penthouse.

Really worn down

I booked on hotels.com and found out was a very dated and run down apartment. I neesed something near the airport with parking and this property had that. But the unit itself was notvwell maintained, had built up dirt and no air conditioning. I wouldn't stay again.

I was overcharged, my confirmation and what I was billed was different by 832 pesos - property said it was due to fee's and taxes, but my Expedia confirmation included all of that. The property does not allow guest. It is almost impossible to get an Uber here, I usually get 5 cancelations when I am trying to get dropped off. Overall, it is a spacious place and the internet is fast, but I did not appreciate the above. I give this place 2 out of 5 stars.

Worst Pent House experience!!

This Pent House was nice, but all of the little issues with the way the tried to fix things around apartment make look dirty and old. The bed was ok and sleep able, for a couple of nights, NO AC. But the breeze we had at the time with open windows felt amazing, Internet for tv was spotty needed to play around with cables to make it work. If you want to use kitchen you have to walk thru bathroom. The view deck was dirty and looked bad. Overall, not worth the money charged does not matter where it is. Will never book again.

We had a good stay overall. The owner/manager was very kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit, which we really appreciated. One thing to note is that the listing can be a bit confusing — this booking was for a single room that’s attached to a shared kitchen space. We didn’t mind the setup at all, but the photos made it a little unclear at first, so future guests may want to look closely or clarify before booking. The tower itself is quiet and seems to be mostly families, which makes for a peaceful environment. There isn’t much food, drink, or entertainment within walking distance, but everything is a short Uber ride away, so it’s still convenient. The rooftop terrace is truly a gem — beautiful city views and a great place to relax. That was definitely a highlight of the stay. The property could use some repairs and updating (there was a large hole in the ceiling during our stay), but overall it worked well for what we needed. Overall, a good stay with a wonderful host and an amazing rooftop view.
