"Our room"

"Check-in was cold and unwelcoming. The two people at the desk didn't even bother to stand up to greet us. Unfortunately, this set the tone for the entire visit. The absolute worst moment was check-out. The woman at the front desk was actively having her lunch at the desk and clearly resented being interrupted. When I specifically asked if we needed a receipt or validation for our parking pass, she dismissed me with a bored "No, you're good." Believing her, we hauled all of our luggage out to the parking garage, only to be stopped by the attendant who said we absolutely needed a ticket receipt. We then had to struggle back into the lobby with all our bags. When we confronted the receptionist, she didn't apologize or show even a hint of remorse. She just dismissively handed us the ticket without a word and went right back to her lunch. This was an utterly disrespectful and disappointing experience. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere."

"Liked the ambiance, discounted parking, & friendly, helpful, staff, and the special welcome touch of the warm, allergen-free cookie!! I did not like the old bath tub with poor drainage, sink also filling up. Had to change rooms due to dirty sheet…front desk staff was very accommodating"

"Front desk not so nice the way she treated client, I mean the indian lady, she’s about 60 yrs old something. Remember we are the client which you have spoke nicely to us"

"My family and I booked two rooms. We enjoyed the conjoining door “feature”. There was a wet washcloth in one of the tubs but other than that … rooms were clean. Breakfast is $20 pp for buffet. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Nice hotel in little town of Kenilworth, NJ! Friendly staff, nice fresh clean smell as to enter the hotel lobby. Room was clean and comfortable with a “home like” feel. Nice breakfast as well!"

"No decaf coffee in room & promised bring up. Didnt happen. None! Excessive wait time when calling to book and in room. Not reliable. As soon as you leave front desk your on your own. They never follow thur to bring anything to room. Hotel is good, rooms good. Front desk & hotel personal NOT so good."
