The made it seem as though it,and the theme and water park connected to it was the best thing in the world ,when none of them were ,or are.I was so disappointed .Also had to go somewhere else to check in to the hotel ,because there was no receptionist ,or what have you where I stayed People talked real loud in the hallways of the hotel,slammed doors,and we're not quite when they were suppose to be .I will never visit,or stay at any place in Wisconsin dells,and I will never recommend it to anyone."

"Be sure to get a river view room here, it is wonderful! I'd also suggest going the extra bit for the balcony so you can sit outside. Room without balcony has windows that do not open, and only a rolling office chair for an extra spot to sit."

"Staff were friendly but not super welcoming or interactive. Rooms were clean but had a bit of a sewer smell. Pool was nice. Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast. "

"The property at first looks shady but our room was clean, beds comfy and decent breakfast. Pool is located in the middle so from the back half to access the front, you either have to walk all the way outside and around OR go thru the pool area- which was extremely strong chlorine smell. We felt safe in the area as it’s off the beaten path in the Dells. Overall a good place to lay your head and within distance to most popular Dells activities "
