This property is located at Lighthouse Cove, a beautiful lake community, with a large front porch that allows you to watch life roll by outside while you relax. With close proximity to all of the area attractions, this property is perfect for families, golfers, or that annual girl's getaway.
Heated indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs and an exclusive beach will ensure year-round fun! You're going to love staying at this property.
You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that is complete with all the essentials. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you can enjoy the private beach and fishing from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Guest Bedroom - 2 Queen beds, Roku TV, Large Closet, Adjacent to 2nd Full Bath.
Family Room - Large Roku TV w/ HDMI cord for the kid's gaming systems. Beautiful electric fireplace that emits heat. There is a full-size bed that can be set up in the family room as well.
Large porch with comfortable seating for relaxing or chatting.

You will have the entire condo and it's private porch to yourself. The amenities at Lighthouse Cove are shared with other guests and residents but are never very full. This is a peaceful place to visit in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells.
I am not usually on-site but we are able to respond in an emergency. Please feel free to call with any needs or concerns.
Lighthouse Cove is a quiet mixed use neighborhood consisting of full-time residents, weekender owners, and rental guests. It is perfectly situated in the heart of the Dells but in a quiet spot on the lake. RENTAL AGREEMENT
Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules: • Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. • Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons. Person on reservation must be 21 years or older unless preapproved by host. • Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for residents. • Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS • Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub. • Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on- property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony. • Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over the railings. • Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities. • Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper • Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife • Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills. • Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times. • Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The space was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The condo was well stocked and the towels and linens were clean and seemed new. Host was communicative ahead of our stay so we knew all important information prior to arrival. We only stayed a couple nights and didn't have a chance to check out the pool. We will definitely consider rebooking in the future.

This was a beautiful condo. We were a party of 5 with 5 cars so we had 3 cars in the overflow area. It was fairly close though. Somehow we managed to get ourselves locked out. We called the emergency number and the situation was immediately taken care of. Very appreciative of that! Excellent service!

Lovely well appointed property central to many of the Dells attractions. Comfortable and very.clean. We did not use the indoor pool or hot tub so cannot speak to those things. From our unit there was no lake view which was okay with us. Also there are several stairs from the parking area to the unit which may be a concern to some. All in all a very nice place to stay and would recommend.

Amazing Stay for My Family
I took my kids and my mother for a family vacation and the condo suited our needs PERFECTLY!!! It was beyond expected, enough room for everyone, close parking and the lake and pool areas were awesome! I’m looking forward to renting again.

Perfect house and location
This was the perfect getaway home! Plenty of room and so close to major attractions. We would definitely stay here again. Just waiting to hear back on some possible items left behind. I have contacted Chris and am awaiting an answer. My daughter feels she left behind a concert souvenir tshirt from Megan Maroney (?) and a brand new blue bikini swimsuit. She said she left them in the hallway bathroom of our home. Valuable items to my daughter. Hoping the cleaning crew found those items before the next guests arrived as they did not make it home with her.

Dells Condo Retreat
This is a cute little condo which was perfect for our stay. It was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the open floor concept as we could have the tv on and play games at the table. We swam in both the indoor and outdoor pools. One of our favorite things to do was to sit on the rooftop patio and have our own Happy Hours. The location was perfect; it was close enough to the major attractions, but yet tucked away in a very quiet setting. We're already making plans to come back next year.
