This gem has a full bathroom, a complete kitchen with all of the amenities, a queen size suite, queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen smart tv, free wifi, and a fireplace! Outside, we have a private enclosed patio area with plenty of seating as well as a grill area. Swimming pool on property for renters to use when in season. Enjoy our beautiful decks on the river with plenty of seating to relax with the family! The gorgeous view is phenomenal, or you can cast a line and fish the afternoon away! Guests also have access and use of our private boat launch nearby. We offer plenty of parking space for you during your stay. Beautiful river scenery for your viewing pleasure! What an absolute delight this property is! The peace and quiet of the property, the beautiful dock overlooking the river, the comfort of the rental and so much more! We rented both Studios gave plenty privacy for my Daughter and Grandbabies. They were really clean and enjoyed the set up. The Studios were decorated stylishly even the Boys commented on it. We had a fantastic time! Will cherish our memories there. On the morning of departure my 3 year old Grandson was crying saying he didn't want to leave, I wasn't ready either! Brad came introduced himself to our family chatted for a bit, very nice gentleman! We were so appreciative of him sharing his estate with us.
