Amazing, incredible and attentive staff. We were there for a Euro 2024 match in Koln and we were given exact directions to and from the stadium which made everything so much easier considering how late the match ended. When we checked out, a taxi was called for us and breakfast was even opened early for us since we left before 06:00. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property itself is very well maintained. The staff take a great deal of pride in the property. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality.

Our biggest issue was the lack of response from the admin team. During our trip we intended to stay at this hotel twice, but because of a flight cancellation we had to miss our first night. I messaged the hotel to find out how to reclaim the 10% cost we were entitled to but I heard nothing back. Similarly our 2nd booking was for two rooms. We requested interconnecting rooms but nobody told us this wasn’t possible until our arrival. One of our rooms had a faulty minibar which we reported right away because we need it for milk, but there was no action. Eventually I chased this up face to face and they refused to accept it was broken. It was clearly warm inside unlike the one in the second room we booked. We made do with just the one despite having paid for two. Reception often lacked personnel and the food service was slower than expected, especially for my son’s two scoops of ice cream. We nearly offered to scoop them ourselves by the time they arrived. One of our rooms had a window with no curtain and a broken luggage bench which had screws sticking out of it. The original room layout was not thoughtfully arranged for a family and so we moved the furniture to make it more comfortable. It didn’t live up to my expectations.

clean as well as Beautiful

Stayed in Cologne 6.2.25. Got the 4-bed family room. Plenty of space for us all. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. The lift is small and stairs are steep, no big deal. Dinner recommendation was on point! Only down side is trying to find parking to check in. The parking garage is half a block away and once accessed super easy. Totally recommend staying here!

All staff were superb. Welcoming, efficient and nothing too much trouble.
