"This stay was so amazing and unforgettably comfortable. Everything you need is here already and the location is great. So much to do in the area great shops and restaurants places to shop for anything . Tons of space and entertainment theres even some books which i was so grateful for. Its such a peaceful area and downtown McKinney is so fun to hang out at after brunch ! Soooo much to do great dinner spots , barbershops/ salons, art galleries! Clothing stores. "Cleaner than most! This is a very small efficiency apartment that seems spacious. Very well appointed with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access. No central heat/AC (window unit and space heater). A few minor repairs needed. We had a good stay here. Would recommend to others."

"12 of us -- 3 generations -- enjoyed the house for a long weekend. The kids braved the pool, while the adults stuck to the hot tub (weather was cool). Trips to the pond and "barn," and a guest house for those of us who enjoyed quiet while the others whooped it up in the main house. Would definitely return for another Dallas-area stay. Host was exceptionally accommodating and helpful."
