"I booked a room for 5 days. When I arrived I noticed the room full of black mold. At the reception they refused t9 help, indicating to call Expedia and to complain to them. I spoke with Expedia, and Expedia called several times the hotel without success. Until the next day the assigned me a different room, better than the first one. After that I was pleased."

"It was not clean and you can hear everything in the night. One of the nights we stay there next door was been really loud they were laughing screaming and when we call the front desk the lady said other people already complained and they were going to send someone… no one did! From 11pm- 3 in the morning it was loud I couldn’t sleep that night. The next morning I went and ask if the can change me to another room she said nothing was available, and that the people were leaving that day to not worry. I’m definitely not going back"
