Used to have coffee in the lobby which was nice and better than using dinky maker in the room. Got a "free breakfast" coupon but got charged for breakfast anyway when using the coupon, Staff and place are nice, but for the price, experience was sloppy "

"What a fabulous Palo Alto legacy! Beautiful California landscaping. Great front desk staff, property staff. The deli has good coffee and sandwiches. Perfect location for anything at Frost amphitheater or Shoreline. "

"This was my first time staying at the Nest Hotel. I was greeted promptly as I entered the lobby by a friendly receptionist. The check-in process was swift and I was given an upgrade on my room without asking. The room was very clean and modern. The shower was spacious and their choice of shampoo/conditioner smelled amazing. There was ample parking and the continental breakfast included breakfast potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, bagels and fresh fruit. However, if you prefer Starbucks, there is a brick and mortar within a short walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. And I will look forward to staying here again in the future."
