"First thing we noticed is the room was frigid! Called the front desk and said we could not get the heat to work. They did not say they would send up an engineer so they must have known this was an issue - they did say they would send up a portable heater. My response was they are not safe. the Answer was "Sorry Mam". Before the heater came up I found out the bedroom window faced onto a walking roofline that someone could come into a room easily - especially when the window DID NOT LOCK AND CLOSE! I called again downstairs and asked this time to please change us to a new room. The front desk said they were completely full and could not do so but would call an engineer to try to fix the window. After waiting close to 45 minutes and no engineer and no heater I went downstairs and waited another 15 minutes in line. Told the story again and miraculously...a room showed up! They did get us a new room. I don't like being lied to and this is no way to run a hotel!"

"The best part is the proximity to the SFO and the free shuttle service. The breakfast was quite decent but at a stiff price. The hotel room gave me the vibe of a warehouse, very sterile and industrial. The room was big but had a lot of dead space. The fixtures were of poor quality and not properly installed. Overall, it was underwhelming given how much we paid for the stay. "
