"This hotel is a not advertised correctly as far as ‘free breakfast’ goes which was one of the reasons we decided to stay here. The only options provided were muffins or cereal bars and coffee.
The staff was not friendly at all and told me that my reservation was incorrect and I had only booked one room. After finally sorting it out we get to bring our things inside and we were told they didn’t have a luggage cart available so we bring out bags to the 3rd floor and noticed one at the end of the...

"Great property if you want a prime downtown location. Easy access to the convention center and passport office. Walking distance to SPIRE nightclub and Pour Behavior. Hotel is very casual and cozy with 24-hr front desk and business center. Covered parking garage is available for a $25 daily rate with in/out privileges. "
"Staff was friendly and great , little older rooms but everything was clean and up to date . Only issue I had was we were not aware we had to lay to valet the car because there was no other parking . So keep in mind its like 38 bucks a day to park extra."
"We enjoyed our stay. The suit was spacious. We received a welcome text and a follow up text the next day. If we are ever back in the Houston Medical Center area, we will probably stay here again. Only negative thing was the one elevator working. We only stayed two nights. Waiting on the one elevator did not bother us. "
"White Hall is a fave of mine, because I am always greeted with a smile and tended to with kindness. Room is always clean with a very comfy bed and cold ac. The restaurant/bar staff is excellent, and the food is delicious! "

"Beautiful hotel! Hated the parking garage honestly but loved the convenience of being able to park within the hotel. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful! Didn’t try any restaurants but definitely would book with this hotel again! "
