"Weather was a big factor in out stay, as it was a residence, but they had a plow truck plow the berm and driveway, so we could get out, and a shovel to make trail out to my car. Also, when my granddaughter came up from Petersburg, it was easy to add her on to our stay. It worked out really well and we had variables as to whether we were going to have to stay one more day, if we couldn’t get on the ferry until Monday night. They also worked with us, so if we needed to extend one more day, they would accommodate us. We very much appreciated that!!"

"When we go to Juneau, we ALWAYS stay here. The rental is clean, quiet, and and pet friendly. The rental is well stocked with dishes, and a comfy couch to rest upon. The bed is great, and if you happen to get cold at night, there are lots of warm toasty blankets to be had. Like I said at the start, we always stay here. If we ever had a problem, upon contacting Kelli and her staff, the situation has been resolved asap. Come on down :) it's worth it."
