"Our room was very clean, large (two queen beds), and modern. However, the room had no UBC outlets or 110V outlets available at bedside to charge your phone. Furthermore, there was no closet in the room to hang your clothes. Lastly, when we checked in at 5pm the 4:30am and 5:00am airport shuttles were full. We were forced to Uber to the airport. Having an airport shuttle was one of the reasons we chose the Hilton Paper Valley - Appleton."

"The shower did not work correctly. The hot water was not warm, due to the shower diverter installation. The window was so dirty it said “clean me.” The pool & game room was nice. The beds were comfy."

"I had an early flight and breakfast was not available which was no problem. The free shuttle to ATW Appleton Airport was wonderful and very convenient. Vicki was right on time at 5:00 am. She had an earlier shuttle at 4:30 am, but made it back in time to pick me up. "
